Stage 5 of the Jungfrau Region Trek (9 stages in total) runs from Rotstock Hut to Mürren (via Schilthorn). It covers 12.5 km with 600 m of ascent and 700 m of descent, around 5 h of walking. There are 20 places to sleep where the stage ends (1 hut, 15 hotels, 4 guesthouses). The next stage continues to Lobhorn Hut.
