Hotel Edelweiss Superior

We stayed at Hotel Edelweiss Superior for three nights, and it was an unforgettable experience. Getting there by cable car and train was part of the charm—the views along the way and from the hotel itself were absolutely breathtaking. We booked a premium room, which was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered a stunning view of the mountains. We dined at the hotel restaurant every evening, and every meal was delicious. Breakfast was also included and a wonderful way to start each day. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay feel extra special. I highly recommend Hotel Edelweiss Superior to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway in the Swiss Alps.

We stopped at Hotel Edelweiss Superior for a quick coffee and a bite, but the service was painfully slow and completely indifferent — even though the place was not crowded at all. Despite being respectful and patient, this was not mutual; we were ignored and made to feel unwelcome. We’ve visited this place many times before, and when the service was provided by staff from abroad, it was always warm, fast, and professional. Sadly, this time it was the complete opposite. We eventually decided to leave and go somewhere that actually values its guests.

Beautiful veiws and clean rooms. They also offer a lovely breakfast. The gentleman, who I believe is the owner, is super helpful and friendly. However some on the restaurant server are rude and give the impression that they are NOT happy to serve you. So, if friendless and hospitality is what you're looking for, then avoid the restaurant and you should be fine.
