Stage 7 of the GR 34: Brittany Coastal Path (28 stages in total) runs from Saint-Cast-le-Guildo to Matignon. It covers 17.4 km with 250 m of ascent and 250 m of descent, around 5 h 30 min of walking. There are 30 places to sleep where the stage ends (19 guesthouses, 8 campsites, 3 hotels). The next stage continues to Erquy.
