Villas D. Dinis - Charming Residence (adults only)

We stayed at this hotel as a couple in February during the off-season and really loved it. The property is beautifully designed with lots of care and charm. There are several small pools throughout the area which look great (even though we couldn’t use them due to the season). The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive. Any wishes or requests were always met right away, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Breakfast was also a highlight – lovingly prepared with something new to discover every day. The location is perfect: everything is within walking distance. With short walks, you can easily reach the old town, the sea, or the beautiful cliffs. We felt very comfortable here and can absolutely recommend this hotel.

The rooms are very clean, well maintained, and comfortable, and the location is perfect — close to everything yet still quiet and relaxing. The real highlight, however, was the breakfast. Truly the best I’ve ever had in this kind of accommodation: every day there was something new, always fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety. A wonderful way to start the day. The only small downside was the lack of a duvet — there were only sheets, which weren’t enough in November, especially since the room was a bit cold for that time of year. Still, this didn’t take away from the overall experience. All in all, Villas Dinis is a great place to stay, with excellent service, a great location, and a welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely return!

Staff was friendly and helpful, they recommended and helped us book a boat tour. Our room was large and clean. The hotel has an excellent breakfast. It was a five minute walk to one of the beaches which we visited every day. It's quite a walk to the city center, up a long hill. So if your interested in night life you should stay closer to the city. A bus passes here every hour.
