Shower in the room is terrible. Slow drain. Especially no hot shower for second shower right away. Complained and complained multiple times. No room is available to be changed which is hard to believe considering now is low season. They say each shower only have 5-10min for hot water. If you wanna take another one, need to wait half an hour. For any lady who needs to wash herhair, it is too short of the time to finish. It is not explained or noted ahead until this happened twice during our stay and we went to the front desk to complain. Very terrible experience. Would not recommend this place at all and would not come back ever!

We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment for 5 nights. Since it was off-season, we did not use the pool. At the same time, everything was peaceful. The apartment had a washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom was spacious, as were the living room and bedroom. As we were traveling as a family, the glass bathroom door did not bother us. Breakfast was continental, basic, but perfectly fine. Cleaning service was provided daily, and we were very satisfied.

Our 2nd stay at this hotel this time we stayed in room 243 a 2 bedroom apartment which was amazing , very spacious 2 bathrooms and lots of storage came with a brand new fitted kitchen complete with washing machine and dishwasher. Staff are so helpful and very friendly nothing is to much trouble . The location is great if like us you like to be away from the hustle and bustle but is only a 15 min walk into old town and marina , 20 min to pria de luz beach, 25 min walk to ponde de piedade which is stunning. Spectacular views everywhere . Lovely friendly shop directly across the road and a nice local bar also across the road. We would absolutely stay here again and portugal is so beautiful and one of our favourite places
