This Refugio was in a gorgeous location with stellar views! The meal prepared that evening was delicious. However, I felt the owner was a bit strict as our table was reprimanded for laughing too loud during dinner. The showers were also limited to 3 minutes and the temperature was set.

The first refuge we stayed at for the TMB hike. The view was incredible! Rooms were small but had balcony to go outside and spots to hang your clothes. It was clean and tidy otherwise. Very strict house rules. Great meals, both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Thank you!

The lady was not friendly and unwelcoming. We were told not to take water from the tap but instead to take from the fountain outside. Are we supposed to go outside for water every time? Also there wasn't any soap for handwashing in the bathrooms. Positives: Food was good. The refuge is also clean.
