A great place to stay overnight. Pleasant atmosphere, kind attitude, and excellent food. There is a shower, power plugs and everything you need after a long day of hiking. I especially want to mention the good music in the common area and the staff’s hospitality. During breakfast in the morning, they came to our table several times to make sure we had everything we needed, and whenever our coffee or bread ran out, they immediately brought more.

This place was wonderful! I had their soup and blueberry dessert and both were absolutely delicious! We were freezing since we were doing the TMB In September so we were really excited to see this refuge open!

Popped in for a snack as we needed some food on the TMB. Really lovely people served us. We had the vegetable soup which came with a bit of lovely cheese and bread. Also had some of the apple crumble which was also lovely, shame the blueberry pie was sold out. Had a nice coffee. Some good seating inside with a room to leave your packs. Lots of seating outside and a spring to fill up your water with. Weather was a bit cloudy but imagine there are some great views as well.
