The owner is lucky that options are limited in this area! As a family of 9 people, we chose to meet at this “restaurant” as those who weren’t skiing could still get here via the gondola. What a mistake! We arrived for an early lunch, just before 12pm. A lovely lady on arrival noted there would be around a 10 minute wait for a table in the “restaurant” area so we ordered a drink to be enjoyed outside whilst we waited. One of our party was a 2 year old so sitting outside for long periods of time wasn’t idea with the temperatures being quite low that day. 10 minutes later we returned to the restaurant doors to be very rudely turned away by an older man. We mentioned the other team member had offered us a table with his response being “if you want a job, come back at 9am tomorrow and you can take over from me if you think you know best”. By this time, the queue for self service food was very large and left us with a further wait. When we finally reached the food, the options were limited and incredibly overpriced. €14 for a single piece of pizza, no side salad, no fries and no bigger than 12x14 cm. A minuscule bread role was €2, you then had to pay an additional €1 for a small portion of butter. Overall a very disappointing experience. If you have the option, go anywhere else but here!! There are lovely cafes at the bottom of the gondola and much better, and more welcoming, places to eat via chair lifts.

The restaurant very pricey if we consider the poor quality of the food. We had the salmon and the lasagna and they were just passable. A pity that with that great location, beautiful views and friendly staff, the food is so bad. A new chef and sous chef are badly needed. Next time we’ll take some nice sandwiches and eat them in the nice pic mix areas near by.

Only ate at the restaurant, the main thing is the price. It's far to expensive for what it is. €24 for chicken and fries but the quality was poor. The chicken was overcooked and the fries were very greasy. An orangina was also €5 for a 330ml can. The only good things were the portion size and the location.
