We arrived at this hotel to check in one hour earlier and the woman at the reception was so rude and arrogant not being helpful at all. The whole treatment was so bad that I told them I don't want to stay and want to cancel. They charged fully and did not refund or provide any compensation at all. The check in was the worse I had experienced.

Pros: Good location near a beach and close to city center. Staff were nice and helpful. Pool was ok and big parking. Cons: We had an apt on the corner of a building: Internet wifi did not work very well; door card key was not working at all, and key lock was not working fine either. Hair dryer barely blowing. The entrance door was not closing well (neither windows) and there was accordingly huge noise from the outside wind. Definetely not quiet.

A nice setup with comfy apartments. The location is pretty good. Not enough parking inside for everyone but there is enough out on the street. Not the best sound proofing but it was OK. The gym needs to be updated and the equipment needs to be replaced. The pool is there though probably better used in the summer months.
