Decent stay. The whole complex is in a very good location in Odeceixe, just a 2 minute walk from the fishermen’s trail. The rooms were equipped with a fan but unfortunately no kettle or cups. When asked, we were told that this was not possible as the kettles would make noise that would disturb other guests. This is the first of five accommodations in Portugal (and of several hundred worldwide) where I was told this. We were then given hot water for an evening tea, which was very kind, but we were told we couldn't get hot water for coffee before 7:30am - which is quite unfortunate when you're on a hike and want to leave as early as possible. Breakfast was served from 7:45am and was decent: sliced kiwi and oranges, whole bananas and apples, yogurt, fresh bread and croissants, cheese, salsicha, ham, Nutella, honey, jam (all packaged), cereal and two different cakes. Coffee and juice from the vending machine, but the coffee was really good, with freshly ground beans. Odeceixe itself is not a place where I would spend my vacation, but for the fishermen’s trail the apartment is perfectly located. With a little more flexibility from the host I could imagine staying there again.

Nice surprise at the edge of Odexeixe! Friendly owner with a smile on his face and loud laughter. Simple, ready and clean rooms with a small balcony for drying of the wet clothes. Good breakfast starting 7.45, great. Good overall choice. Close to anywhere in the town..
