Le Hameau du Ptou

If you are thinking about staying here, absolutely do it! Le Hameau de Ptou was the nicest place we stayed on our TMB hike. Spacious room with a patio, modern and super-clean en suite bathroom, plus a delicious breakfast with homemade yogurt.

I stayed one night in September and my breath was taken away by the quality of the room and the kindness and hospitality of the host. I immediately wanted to stay longer, but alas I could not. A delicious breakfast was set out in the morning as well.

This is our 7th visit to this absolute gem of a B&B. We usually stay in one of the 3 rooms in the B&B and have now tried them all. The rooms are enormous and beautiful and Sabrina is undoubtedly the best hostess we have ever met. This year we also booked the Chalet which is every bit as lovely and well appointed as the B&B. Be prepared for a breakfast treat that will certainly keep you going for the rest of the day! The central position means you have everything Les Contamines has to offer just a few minutes walk away. Thank you Sabrina and Thierry for your superb hospitality! We look forward to the next time.
