The reception and staff were all very friendly and welcoming. However, the hotel seems understaffed — even after returning at 5 PM, our room had not been cleaned. I was also disappointed that the hotel isn't adequately prepared for the high summer temperatures, with too few fans available. That said, the location is convenient if you have a car, and I recommend choosing a room facing the parking area for a quieter night's sleep. The breakfast was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable.

We had an incredible stay here over the past few days! The buffet breakfast was delicious, the beds were super comfy, the showers were hot and the lounge area was perfect for relaxing with a coffee. The staff were truly exceptional and when our train and bus were unexpectedly cancelled, they went above and beyond to help us make calls and explore alternative travel options. We will definitely stay again next time we visit Chamonix!

More a hostel than a hotel. The rooms are small, run-down, and very expensive. The waitresses in the restaurant are extremely rude , i.e. typical stuck-up French people. Unfortunately, the food is also poor, and on top of that, for a salad for my wife, which was supposed to be with mozzarella but they ran out and served us a plate of lettuce, they still charged us 15 euros - as for a full dish. There are significantly better restaurants in Les Houches
