Hameau du Lay

A very welcoming, friendly, and relaxing place. We love spending our summer and winter vacations there. The people are very kind and easy to talk to. It's very pleasant ☺️ The view is truly amazing. You'll see for yourself by looking at the attached photos 🤩 On the other hand, the tenants of "enclave J" don't respect anything. Some smoke in the hallways, others walk in their ski boots (which is forbidden), and there are those who think they're alone and make a hell of a racket day and night. There's a huge lack of respect for other people, as well as for the housekeeper. As owners, we pay fees to maintain the premises; it would be a good idea to respect them before reporting the matter to the property manager. Furthermore, trash cans are available throughout the hamlet to keep the place clean. It would be nice if bagged dog poop were thrown away and not left on the ground 2 meters from a trash can. I think some people are seriously lacking in good manners and civic-mindedness. Don't be fooled, they're not necessarily young people; quite the opposite.

A little out of the way from the village center but at the foot of the Lay cable cars, this group of various chalets is very pleasant

Residence at the foot of the Mont Blanc massif! Starting point for hiking trails in summer, and for ski slopes in winter! A relaxing place!
