Friendly and accommodating staff, rooms very clean, very comfortable guest waiting area and was spacious and well presented along with clean. Breakfast area very clean and good breakfast options. Only one thing the rooms are small but we did not spend much time in there, we were within 300 yards of public transit on trams and the hotel provided coupon passes to use the city service. Our stay with three other couples was excellent.

Reliable stay from start to finish. The room was clean, the bed had real support, and the bathroom was spotless with a strong, steady hot shower. Christian at the front desk made the whole arrival experience easy; he was warm, quick to help, and set a positive tone for the stay. I didn’t eat breakfast, but I checked the buffet: plenty of variety, everything looked fresh, and the price is fair if you pay at the entrance. Sound insulation in the room was excellent — no noise from the corridor or outside, which made it easy to sleep. Strong overall value and a stay I would repeat without hesitation.

Stayed one night at the B&B Basel. Arrived about 10.30pm. Lovely welcome from Reception - English speaking. Nothing too much trouble. First time in Basel and Reception gave us so much helpful information so that we could enjoy the time there and make connections to our next location of Colmar, the following morning. We were given free transportation pass, too. We enjoyed a much needed beer at the pleasant bar downstairs. The bedroom was small but very clean and quiet. Comfy bed, white linen and everything needed or wanted in a hotel room was there - the room was v warm and although we tried to turn down the thermostat, it didn't cool the room very well. But, that could have been just us! Breakfast was great, a good selection. Check out was just as easy. Great access to transportation links, too. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Thank you!
