Great location, very close to the transportation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are silent. Breakfast is very simple but it is enough. The entrance and eating room give the old traditional german vibe. I would recommend if you wanna visit Sächsische Schweiz.

The hotel was easy to find, there were signs throughout the town, and it was well-located. The room was pleasant and, although the view was dominated by a building across the street, you could actually see the Festung Königstein from the window. Be prepared: The hotel is near a church and the bells tolled throughout the night and day. They weren't loud or anything, but some people (I'm looking at you Fred Willard) might find them maddening. The staff were great. Helpful, friendly, and willing to patiently listen to our broken German.

Are they permanently closed? Or booked up? They don't reply to emails or phone calls; we've tried numerous times (auf Deutsch)...
