Bed and breakfast La Fiora

We are hiking on the Via di Francesco and down the night at La Fiora. The location was prime for continuing our hike. Cosimo checked us in early with no fuss and ensured we had everything we needed. The room was nicely decorated and everything was in good working order. He provided the typical Italian breakfast for us at our requested time, gave us our stamp in our pilgrim credential and we went on our way. He is very friendly and thoughtful. I definitely recommend his B&B to anyone traveling.

La Fiora B&B is a renovated farmhouse with a fabulous garden and on-site parking. Everything is neat and clean, both inside and out, meticulously maintained by Cosimo, a young and kind person. The highlight is the large, well-stocked shared kitchen with everything you need for cooking or eating meals. The breakfast is basic and could be improved. From here, a 5-minute drive (1.7 km) takes you to Porta Fiorentina, the gateway to the historic center of Sansepolcro. Right next to the Porta sotto le mura, there's a convenient parking lot with a valet parking lot for the modest fee of €1/hour.
