I had a delicious Sunday lunch - roast beef with all the trimmings. Very good value for money and absolutely delicious. Very friendly service and welcoming to dogs. A proper pub :)

I stayed overnight and arrived quite late but in time for an evening meal. So much choice but the scallops were succulent and delicious and the steak pie simply out of this world. My room was great: really comfortable bed and the breakfast was amazing. Beautifully cooked and huge! It included fried bread which is rare these days. To be honest the whole place is so welcoming, the staff cheerful and warm hearted. Finally you have to try the ale! Sea Fury is a wonderful beer. Thanks for a great stay and I would come back in a heartbeat!

Really lovely place! Very friendly and helpful staff, and really good food. The seafood chowder was really good, and Mum had the macaroni cheese. Top recommendation!
