Clogged toilet, leaking water and unusable. They said it was impossible to have it repaired bc the technitian was out of working hours, and no satisfactory solution was offered. Cold room. There was only a heat pump, which did not provide enough warmth even when set to the maximum. In the morning we had to rely on the bathroom heater. At 9 a.m., the shower water was not hot. It was lukewarm, insufficient for a shower in December. Humiliating and arrogant treatment from the morning supervisor on the day of our departure, Sunday, 7 December 2025. She told us that the toilet had become clogged because toilet paper had been used. She said this rudely while we were having breakfast, and walked away without allowing any possibility of dialogue. It should be noted that there was no sign indicating that this toilet could not accept toilet paper. She also said, again in a rude manner, that the room was warm enough in the morning; she did not even let us respond that this was only thanks to the noisy bathroom heater. Unsurprisingly, she said nothing about the lack of hot water. Humiliating and arrogant behaviour. The receptionist, on the other hand, was very kind and attentive. I suggested a complimentary breakfast as compensation, before the unfortunate intervention of the supervisor. We felt disrespected.

The staff was friendly and the location of the hotel is not bad while there is a nice view over the port and sea. The pool outside looks very nice. There is free parking on the premises. The hotel staircase and rooms had a kind of refreshment years ago. The room had a good mattress, however it was not clean and the bathroom needs complete replacement. We felt we were ripped off, it wasn’t worth the money.

The pool and restaurants are really nice just like on the pictures. The hotel is dated and our room was small with a miniscule bath. The main issue was that there was no way to have privacy from the street and parking lot, other than close the heavy curtains, which then left us in the dark. A small veil on the window seems easy enough. Minimal amenities in the room, no mirror. The bathroom was comically small, definitely no room for 2 people at once. The pros: location is not too bad and it was not too noisy despite the road.
