Hotel Gletscherblick

We havent even stayed overnight yet, but more communication would be appreciated. On arrival nobody at reception, I can deal with that. But no advice relating to restaurant closed. We wander to next hotel to find it was closed that night for a function. Head back to hotel and no idea how to get back in as door appeared locked, lucky we found a side entrance. Spoke to staff this morning and they said door is never locked. So not sure why we couldnt open it Location - it does have excellent views. It is out of town so best to organise the hotel pickup, or catch the bus or uber or taxi. Rooms - spacious. Bathrooms outdated but functional, great water pressure and temperature in shower. Could do with a handrail to assist stepping in and out of shower/bath. Coffee tea facilities in room would be good, update we have found communal tea and coffee, but no milk. Breakfast - continental style breakfast. Staff are lovely

A beautiful and peaceful stay with breathtaking mountain views from the balcony, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and accommodating staff, and convenient access to public transport. Overall, a relaxing and memorable experience, with only limited breakfast variety as a minor drawback.

Beautiful and quiet. Front desk lady and boy are very lovely . The breakfast was rich and of great quality, especially the wide variety of fruits. I had kiwi and a large avocado, which was very satisfying. The view was great, and there was a tea table in the corridor where you could make tea and use the microwave 24 hours a day, which was great!
