We were trapped in heavy traffic traveling for over 1000 km when we received a message from the staff that we are late for check in. After explaining our situation they told us that they can’t wait for us and told us to find another place to sleep at, and that shift was over a while ago so they are leaving. We tried to get a refund after having fully paid for the hotel and being denied the stay, and they very rudely told us that we are ridiculous for even thinking of getting the money back, calling us impolite numerous times for arriving late because of something completely out of our control. Extremely disappointed and frustrated since we were exhausted at this point, about 2 more hours away from the hotel. After being sent away, we had to make a different reservation at a different location, and pay again, of course……

Cool place with water slides and pool. Rooms were confortable and clean. The common kitchen is great idea. Kitchen is stuffed with food for breakfast. It is located between railway and motorway but one does not really mind.
