Alpenrose - Familux Resort

It was our third time at the Alpenrose Familux Resort but hopefully not the last one as we love it so much! It is family friendly to the most, not just child friendly but parent friendly :) We have three kids and travelling with them can be a bit tiring, but not here! Some highlights as I could go on and on: - The atmosphere and the surroundings is like no other, absolutely breathtaking. - The arrangement of the ski courses goes easy, the slopes are well maintained and family friendly. - There is so much to do for the whole family, you can play and swim together, but the kids can go in the Kids Club and then parents can relax in the wonderful spa or sauna. - The Kids Club team is lovely, but that can be said about the whole hotel team. - We love that the kids can eat dinner with the Kids Club and then we, adults can eat our lovely dinner in peace, not rushed. - The food is 5 five star, never disappoints us! We tried the new signature cocktails also, they were fantastic. - The recent renovation at the bar and sauna area looks really good, modern alpine style. The ice room at the saunas is really cool. - The service is exceptionally friendly every time.

The Alpenrose hotel upheld it's promise of a perfect family vacation. This premium family resort is part of the Familux hotel chain. The hotel excels in all areas, from amenities to service and food. The amenities for children include an all-day kids club, soft play space, ball pit, boulder wall, arts and crafts room, and pools with slides. Strollers or baby backpacks are provided by the hotel. For parents , there is a large wellness zone, massages, a bar, fitness center, and a golf simulator. Outstanding service. For example, the hotel organizes drop-off and pick-up to ski school through kids club, giving parents the opportunity to go skiing themselves or use the amenities. Skiing equipment can be rented on-site. Another highlight was the cuisine: top tier in both quality, service, and presentation. Children get a buffet with plenty of choices of their favourite foods, while parents get a delicious four-course à LA carte meal. Our waiter was very attentive and accomdating to the ever changing needs of a family with young children. Our time at Alpenrose went by too quickly and we're looking forward to our next visit.

This was one of the best family holidays we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The food was outstanding, genuinely high quality, delicious, and thoughtfully designed for both adults and children. Every meal felt like a treat, not “just” a family buffet. The kids club was amazing. Our children were so happy, entertained, and well cared for that they didn’t want to leave, which meant we could finally relax. It’s rare to find a place where kids are having the time of their lives while parents actually get proper rest. There is so much to do for all ages: pools, activities, play areas, and beautiful spaces to enjoy together as a family. No boredom, no stress, just pure enjoyment. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and incredibly well organised. You can feel how much thought has gone into every detail. We honestly didn’t want to leave and would have extended our stay if we didn’t have a business to take care of in Australia.
