What a perfect place to stay. Everything you can think of is catered for in abundance such as, bathroom products, towels, desk, mirrors and ample plug outlets. Breakfast has a great variety and Michele was so helpful and amenable. Paisa b&b messaged me before to check I had all the information prior to my arrival and were exceptionally helpful in providing me with details for how to get around. The whole place is exceptionally clean, quiet and the bed was so big!! I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat!!!

I stayed at this B&B from December 30th to today (January 2nd, 2023) and was pleasantly surprised. The room offers all the comforts you could wish for (including Netflix and Prime Video streaming services for watching TV series and movies, which are a real plus for me). It's incredibly clean, and the breakfast is impeccable, accompanied by jazz music. Overall, it's truly excellent value for money. Recommended, and I'll probably return in the future.

I stayed at this property over a weekend to attend a sports competition, but it felt like I was on vacation! Let's start from the beginning: Booking over the phone was super fast. Michele was friendly and helpful right away, as if we already knew each other, as if we were friends. He was fully available for every need during my stay. One difference I noticed right away, which I really appreciated, and which sets him apart from other properties, is that he didn't impose any restrictions on my arrival time. I simply texted him an hour before arrival and called him on site to find him at the property's entrance. The property's location is very private. The property itself is adjacent to the manager's home, which makes communicating needs a breeze. The rooms are truly comfortable. They have everything you need for a truly comfortable stay. The breakfast room comfortably accommodated five of us, not to mention pampered. In the morning, even though it was 6:30, Michele had the breakfast table ready for us, along with every item for a truly complete breakfast. In addition, there is a minibar in the rooms and in the breakfast room. Another very important feature for those who play sports: the large, hot shower! I really appreciated it. For the rest, the LED TV, air conditioning, and mosquito nets are features not to be underestimated, even for those who choose this property in the summer. Upon departure, there was an equally warm demonstration of cordial Southern hospitality. I can't thank Michele enough for this; the next day I wrote him another thank you note because I really enjoyed my stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
