The room was very well presented with comfortable bed and good shower. The house and room had a nice atmosphere. We only stayed for one night and left very early but were offered a kind tray with breakfast. Only 20 min walking from coach station. Good value for money. Recommend!

Have stayed here on a few occasions, and now I won't stay anywhere else in Barnstaple. The owners are friendly, the rooms are good, and they cook your breakfast right in front of you pretty much! Enjoy staying here, would recommend. Have just booked my next stay in Dec 2017 and am looking forward to seeing Peter & Ann again.

We stayed for one night in a very luxurious room. Although the guest house was fully booked it was very quiet and restful. The breakfast was very well cooked and presented. A good start to the day.
