Auberge de Noiraigue : Hôtel et Restaurant au Cœur de Val-de-Travers

Delicious food, friendly staff and great prices for Switzerland, especially considering the location. We got the lunchtime deals after a very rainy hike and it really cheered us up.

I don’t expect the whole world to adapt to my diet. However I do expect a hotel to accommodate it if they were told 3x in advance about it and confirmed they could do it. We asked about vegan options for breakfast (even just bread) . They confused that with gluten free bread that had milk powder and had no vegan breads in stock At least let us know in advance so we can bring our own food. Disappointed. The rooms were nice though, so was the view.

Renovated building with nice and very clean rooms. Just across the local railway station. Friendly personnel. Good sleeping quality. Excellent breakfast and dinner. If you are walking the Crêtes du Jura, this is the perfect place to spend a night (or more).
