The hostel offers good value for the price and was clean, which we appreciated. However, this time we didn’t receive any sheets, which was a bit disappointing. Dinner was actually quite good, and we were happy with that part of the stay. Unfortunately, breakfast was a real letdown — just three tiny pieces of bread and a “natural” orange juice that was clearly stretched with something artificial. The host’s comment that the oranges were bad this year — apparently the only bad ones in all of Spain — didn’t really help. A bit more friendliness would have gone a long way. We got the feeling that we were more of a disturbance than welcome guests.

As soon as I walk in, a musty smell hits my nose. One of the lights is flickering, there’s no Wi-Fi, but they do provide a place to hang laundry and some old towels. It seems like they’re using the same hotel upstairs, but they give us the worn-out ones that are probably not good enough for the hotel.

Sadly the worst albergue on whole Camino Del Norte. There was no host, piligirims are on their own in some cellar type room. Beds are dirty. The mold is on bathrooms walls, ceiling and floors. Price 14€ for such a condition? Crazy. We have stayed for 8€ and was better than this one. And only payment by cash. For very obvious reasons of course :))
