A KIP. We arrived and the pool was out of order, no chance to use it and no discount offered. The place was not clean and they wouldn't turn up the heating for us. We bailed out and they charged us for the following day which we didn't stay and breakfast for the following day we weren't going to have.

After spending a weekend the price-quality ratio is very good, the rooms are correct but very clean and what we especially liked was the treatment of the hotel workers, both those at reception and those in the dining room give a very familiar and pleasant treatment. If we return to Ordino, we would return to the same hotel.
