Good price, nice rooms and bed, good bathroom. Check in is virtual but staff is efficient and responsive.

Stayed here a few times. It's still a bit expensive for what you get but it's Switzerland. Some mold in the rooms here and there. that's about it. Another negative thing is they hire immigrants who are probably not even in Switzerland to do the check in via videocall.

Clean linen and that’s about it. Stayed here for ten nights 🤦‍♂️ came back one day to the tv on full volume, another day to the room door wide open (to the roadside) and another day the cleaner came into the bathroom shouting hello while I was in the shower. Everyday I asked them not to clean as a result of these occasions but they persisted. Window wouldn’t shut, generally tatty. I genuinely prefer staying in a tent.
