Camping Gran Paradiso

The campsite is beautifully located with stunning views. When we were there, in early September, it was very quiet. We were warmly welcomed, no hassle. There is a small shop where they sell fresh bread in the morning. The showers are hot. Four stars because the sanitary facilities are a bit outdated (the shower cubicles are impractical) and could be cleaned a little more often. It's a great base for many hikes.

Charming family campsite in a beautiful location. Friendly helpful hosts, excellent onsite cafe and shop, well maintained nice shower and toilet facilities, good level pitches. Excellent restaurant only 200m away. Away from the crowds and ideally placed for walking paths. Can’t do justice to how beautiful the Gran Paradiso & Cogne région is. A real unexpected gem, totally recommend.

Honestly I cannot recommend this place enough. I stayed there for 6 nights, one of the best campsites I’ve been to. Hot showers ( really hot, not just warm ). Clean bathrooms and overall the location was amazingly clean. They have a bar within the campsite and the prices ( both for the bar and for the campsite itself ) are more than decent. The owners are so willing to help and welcoming it was sad leaving haha. They are doing a great job. Lots of trails staring from near the campsite and the view when you wake up is amazing !
