PLOSE Parkhotel & Residence

Absolutely loved our stay at Plose Parkhotel & Residence! We were a big group so we booked two rooms. Both rooms were very cozy and both also had an amazing view of the mountains. We loved the amenities of the hotel as well. There was a sauna room and a game room. And the staff at the hotel were just amazing! Especially the staff at the bar and restaurant. Excellent service and hospitality! Highly recommend!

The hotel is in a beautiful location, but we were disappointed with how a serious issue was handled. On the day of arrival, we received an email saying tap water was unsafe and that we should buy water ourselves in shop, several kilometers away. Only one small bottle was provided when we arrived, and after two emails to reception we finally received a pack of small bottles. A 4-star hotel – especially when booking an apartment – has an obligation to ensure guests have access to safe drinking water, which was not properly fulfilled.

We had a lovely two night stay at Plose Hotel in late June. We were thankfully spared some of the hottest temperatures owing to the elevation and enjoyed a beautiful panoramic walk beginning and ending at the doorstep of the hotel. Shout out to Iveta for being so warm and welcoming and recommending the hike!! The room was clean with comfortable beds and we were able to cook up meals with clean cooking utensils and an electric stove. It was a 30 min drive to the closest supermarket but we were prepared and purchased things on the way in. Would definitely recommend for a reasonably priced stay in the area.
