Beautiful place, Elijah is a terrific host (he told me he mainly only comes on weekends). We enjoyed a Brazilian BBQ family meal there. Has a pool and is in a beautiful old stone building. Best way to spend your last night on the Camino

O Lagar de Jesus is an amazing albergue. An old farmhouse converted to a welcoming and comfortable space. Hosts Ana and Alias provide wonderful hospitality. Communal dinner was amazing. Wonderful courtyard for hanging out and making friends. All together a memorable Camiño experience

Falsely advertised as 2 dorms of 8. Our dorm had 10 beds in it and the adjoining room had 8 beds which had to walk through the 10 bed dorm. There was no etiquette in place. The room to the dorm was always being left open throughout the night and the floorboards bouncy, making for a very unrestful stay with people constantly walking in and out. The breakfast was placed on a table just outside the dorm, which was also noisy for trying to sleep. It would be so much better if this was in the bar/dining room. We were woken up at 5.40am by others coming and going, making breakfast, leaving the door open and making noise. Breakfast was mediocre, not enough food or drink for 20 people and no plates! The pool was dirty, the garden unkempt and not enough seating around the pool area. We waited ages to be checked in and wasn’t given all of the information on what was available. The communal meal was a nice idea, but massively overpriced as was the bar. The bbq was in the courtyard, which meant there was no where to sit and relax without stinking of a bbq. The place is over-run with cats, they appeared in the bedrooms and on the breakfast table helping themselves to food. There’s not much nearby and no kitchen facilities. It’s about 5km out of Padrón along the Camino, making for a shorter 20km walk to Santiago. The bathrooms were clean, but only 3 for all of the guests. Over-rated, worst place we stayed on the Camino.
