Hotel Arha Villa de Santoña

Directly in the City Center. Amazing friendly stuff. Dogs are welcome..we received an extra blanket that the dogs can sleep on the sofa. Rooms only for stars because you can hear everything. But the room itself was great.

We stayed in February on an Imserso trip. The room was fine, although a bit small. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were quite poor, but the most striking thing was that the hotel reception was practically unstaffed 24 hours a day. Several of us had issues, and it was difficult to resolve them because they didn't even answer the hotel phone. Not highly recommended.

There's no way to get in touch with them. I've been trying for months to find out prices and availability for dates in 2026, and it's impossible. I've left a couple of messages on the answering machine, and they haven't even called me back. Once, I finally got through, and the person who said she was a housekeeper and that she'd transfer me to reception, then they hung up on me. That's my experience with this hotel. I've come to the conclusion that it's closed.
