was left without a New Year’s Eve dinner due to very poor organization. After making a reservation and receiving confirmation three days in advance, I was called on 31 December and informed that there were no longer any available places. The staff handled this situation very poorly, and I was not the only guest who experienced this problem.

Set in the foothills of the stunning Pyrenees mountains, this amazingly located hotel serves as a very comfortable and nice hotel either if passing through like I was or for a great location for some brilliant mountain walks.

Impressed by the setting and quietness in summer, impressive area great building that deserves a bit of a refresher. I’d improve breakfast as well but other than that personel are good!
