A beautiful hotel with good food and nice people. Everyone is in a good mood and make you feel comfortable. We loved the entire village, there are amazing landscapes everywhere. Also, the ski resorts are pretty close and you can take the bus to reach them

I can only comment on staff customer service and professionalism and not the rooms themselves as I didn’t stay. I enquired about leaving some bags at the hotel while my partner and I completed a multi day hike. Irena was so responsive and kind regarding my enquiry and was immediately helpful. She allowed us to leave bags at the hotel and made the whole process incredibly easy. Could not recommend this hotel high enough for customer service.

Great restaurant, and very popular. Vegan options included local dishes like dumplings + mushroom gravy and veg and chickpea stew, as well as several desserts. There was also hot chocolate with plant-based milk 😋 really yummy and friendly service!
