I’m surprised Noba Hotel & Residenze only has around 1,000 reviews, because it really deserves many more. We had a fantastic stay and honestly couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. Location: It’s not in the very center of Rome, but it’s literally only 15–20 minutes by public transport to the Colosseum, Termini. For the quality and price you pay, the short journey is 100 % worth it. Rooms: Spacious, modern, spotlessly clean. Beds are comfortable and, the sheets and towels are changed every single day without having to ask. Breakfast: Very good! Wide selection of fresh pastries and breads (the bread and croissants were especially tasty), cold cuts, cheeses, eggs, fruit, yogurt, cereals, and most importantly excellent Italian coffee from a proper machine. Restaurant (attached but with separate entrance): A real highlight! Beautiful ambiance, super friendly service, and the food is genuinely delicious (real Italian cuisine, not tourist trap stuff). Hotel guests get 20 % discount, and I recommend reserving a table in advance for dinner because it gets busy. We ate there twice and loved it both times. Staff: Everyone from reception to housekeeping was smiling, helpful, and professional. In short: if you want a quiet, modern, impeccably clean hotel with great food on site and don’t mind a quick ride to the historic center, book Noba without hesitation. We’ll definitely return next time we’re in Rome!

I had an excellent stay at Noba Hotel! The place is very clean and well maintained. The service is impeccable, and the manager Ricardo and his team are incredibly kind, helpful, and always attentive to guests’ needs. The breakfast was wonderful, with plenty of variety and a very friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel, whether you’re visiting Rome for business or leisure! The hotel is also conveniently located — not far from the city center, with several bus stops right in front of the hotel that make it easy to reach downtown Rome in just a few minutes.

Decent hotel. Bus station in front of the hotel (20 minutes ride to the centre). Train station is 4 minutes away by foot (55 minutes to Fiumicino airport). Clean and spatious room. Breakfast is decent, however very basic. Staff is friendly and professional.
