CARRICK Bed and Breakfast

An absolute gem on the Isle of Skye. So glad we chose to stay here as we experienced an amazing stay in a beautiful home & area. Piet & Riet gave very easy to follow directions to their B&B, & once we arrived he gave us a wee tour of the property before we set out for dinner at The Harbour Restaurant. When we returned we were able to make ourselves comfortable in the guest sitting area, listening to the rain on the roof as we read about Skye. The rooms & beds were very clean & very comfortable. Our daughter had her own separate room which was nice for her as well. Loved having an ensuite in each of our rooms, with all the amenities. Very clean, relaxing & private. At breakfast we met a couple & we chatted over coffee, tea, fresh fruit & a made to order hot breakfast. Our hosts shared stories & made us feel quite at home. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Carrick Bed & Breakfast! Just exactly what we needed & wanted during our travels to the Isle of Skye!

Nice and well run B&B at the entrance of Isle of Skye. Everything in the room and house is in good shape and the landlord/lady take very much care of it. Parking is provided on the premises. It is a calm spot away from the main road and I slept very well. Piet and Riet are very kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with different choices. The B&B has a wintergarden where you can sit in the evening. The house has a terraced garden which is open to the guests leading to the river. Overall a clear recommendation for your stay.

I loved this B&B. It was my first time staying at a B&B and I was a bit nervous but I really enjoyed my stay. The couple was amazing and very helpful. The rooms were very nice and clean. The cleanliness really stood out to me. Breakfast was delicious too! Try the haggis. I would definitely stay here again if I ever came back to Isle or Skye.
