Our spacious room offered a fantastic mountain view — lush green slopes and snow-capped peaks during the day, and in the evening the sun painted them in soft pink and golden hues. Waking up to such a view was pure bliss. The hotel itself is cozy, with friendly and welcoming staff, a lovely poolside relaxation area, and excellent tea. Nearby, you can visit picturesque lakes and waterfalls, and the surrounding nature will take your breath away from the very first moment. The hotel restaurant is a must-visit, even if you’re not staying overnight. The Austrian cuisine is simply outstanding, and every dish we tried exceeded expectations. A special thanks to Mrs. Anya, who greeted us so warmly it felt like visiting a beloved relative, eager to treat us with the most delicious meals. This trip became a truly pleasant and unforgettable experience. I would gladly return and recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect blend of nature, comfort, and genuine hospitality.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were generally satisfied. The rooms were very clean, and the spa area with its swimming pool and sauna was excellent – ​​definitely a highlight of our stay. The breakfast was also a great feature, not something you find everywhere. Unfortunately, there were a few things that could be improved. My husband had diarrhea after dinner on the first evening, presumably due to the pink duck breast. We also lacked some important information at check-in. It would have been helpful to have an information folder in the room or a more detailed explanation of the services. For example, we only learned from other guests that the cable car tickets were included – the hotel staff could have informed us of this directly at check-in. Overall, a good hotel, but with room for improvement regarding communication and some details.
