A wonderful hotel with a stunning view! We spent our days hiking and enjoying the fresh mountain air, and our evenings relaxing in the fantastic SPA, which offers a great variety of options. ​The staff is so friendly and attentive, making the overall experience even better. Excellent service and a prime location for nature lovers. Highly recommended!

The owner is supper friendly and they really have a fantastic play area in and out! The only difficult part is that most bed are single bed put together as a double. It’s classic in the region but as a foreigner I just assumed double bed is one queen bed. So if you wanna have a queen ask for a more elegant superior room that has a queen. This was one of the best weeekend cos there are big play ground everywhere in walking distance and No cars so kids and dogs are free.

Stayed 2 nights in family room (given a surprise upgrade). Nice and spacious, long balcony and wonderful views. Staff were great - a warm welcome from Ines at reception and restaurant staff very helpful and friendly too. Was only going to stay one night but enjoyed so much, stayed 2. Great brekky too. Recommend and Grächen is gorgeous!
