Be careful — this is misleading advertising. If you are placed in the older section of the hotel, the experience is that of a mediocre three-star property at best. The rooms are outdated, poorly maintained, and extremely noisy. The hotel pictures (expedia) is misleading compared to the actual conditions. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

By far, these hotels never disappoint—always a great mix of culture, design, and comfort, plus a calming vibe that sets them apart. The view and breakfast are simply amazing, and the staff? Super welcoming! They make you feel right at home, unlike other hotels we’ve stayed in where it felt like they either didn’t understand us or just wanted to avoid interaction. Here, even the non-English-speaking staff do their best to understand and help you out. You’ll definitely enjoy the breakfast spread with plenty of options—I personally loved their choco muffin!

Great hotel, we stopped one night on our way to Italy. The staff was super nice, and even left a small pillow and duvet on the bed for our toddler. The restaurant onsite is very practical when you want to have dinner right after being on the road. The price was great and the breakfast totally worth it with fresh ingredients and a great selection of things.
