I had the most amazing hospitality experience. So many reasons why this hotel is great. My best reason is the service culture! Well trained, polite and very service oriented people. Really good at this. Rooms are squeaky clean, housekeeping is doing a perfect job. Literally spotless. Receptionists all super kind and available. Coolest add on is the location. Close to everywhere! And very cozy rooms. I was here on business for 3 nights but you made my experience exceptional. Thank you 😊

We had a 3 night stay. The room was nice and very clean, the bathroom with the big shower is much appreciated. Unfortunately in the morning there was not always enough space at breakfast. People had to wait for quite some time. The location is perfect, minutes from the ferry terminal and minutes from the old town. (Walking distance) I can only recommend this hotel.

Overall this is a great hotel with amazing value for money! It’s clean, almost brand new and very modern. The suite is super nice! It has dedicated parking, which was amazing. Look if I have to nitpick, the service could smile a little more. But I also come from a post-soviet country and I know this may come with the culture - I’ll give you a benefit of the doubt. On the other hand, the food was delicious! Breakfast was very simple, but sufficient. The meatballs were really tasty. If the hotel offered room service, I think it could easily categorise itself as one of the better Hyatt brands. It’s nicer, cleaner and overall better than many Regencies and even some Grand Hyatts across the world. If I had to choose for example between Grand Hyatt Bangkok or this, I’d choose this one - no questions asked. Edit: After spending a day in Tallinn it became very clear that rudeness is normal here from both customers as well as service personnel pretty much everywhere. As a Czech I’m used to people not faking smiles, but this is next level. As a hotel, which is part of an international chain, you should train the staff for better hospitality. Especially for western tourists this will come across as being rude and unfriendly and you will completely unnecessarily get worse reviews just because of perception.
