The Ullswater Inn

Had a great one night winter break. Staff helpful and friendly, the room was clean, warm and comfortable. The bar area was busy early evening, we were advised when checking in the best time to avoid a long wait for food, good advice! Evening meal was good, nicely presented and well cooked. Drinks choice was good, only one hand pulled beer available. Breakfast was a buffet, good selection of cereals/yoghurt and the usual hot breakfast stuff. Would happily return.

I just wrapped up a two-night stay that was absolutely fantastic. My room was so spacious, with a comfy bed and stunning views. The service was top-notch; everyone was friendly and made the check-in and check-out a breeze. I had dinner twice, and although the food was great, I'd say the warmth of the staff really made my visit special. Can't wait to come back!

Had a midweek break for a birthday and we were blown away by everything about this place. We stayed in a double with a view and it didn't disappoint, so spacious and well equipped also very warm and cosy. The staff were all so pleasant and helpful, the service was second to none and the meals and portion size were amazing. We will definitely be back and are also going to try other places in the Inn Collection. Well done Ullswater inn.
