A lively, buzzing place full of energy. Yes, it’s noisy but in the best way, with laughter, conversation, and a vibrant atmosphere that makes the restaurant feel alive. The food was great, the service attentive, and the overall experience fun. Would come back for the view.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. The hotel looks like an old palace, with all details cared for, from the entrance to the rooms up to the breakfast buffet. The view to the lake is outstanding and breathtaking, and the hotel is in the fist line for the lake so its location is perfect. If you want to feel like a princess, book this hotel. I will definitely come back

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. On my very first day, I returned to my room to find that my perfume had clearly been moved and my makeup brush was missing. This immediately raised serious concerns about the security and privacy of my belongings. When I reported the issue to the staff, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of investigating the situation properly, they offered me a toothbrush — which was completely irrelevant — and questioned whether I was sure I had even left the item in the room. Rather than taking responsibility or showing genuine concern, they made me feel as though the issue was mine. This lack of accountability and basic customer care is unacceptable. I do not feel comfortable staying here again and would strongly advise others to reconsider before booking.
