Hotel D'Angleterre

We stayed for 3 nights including breakfast whilst on a short autumn break with some friends who had never visited Brittany before. The hotel did not disappoint us. Our rooms were cosy and comfortable and above all quiet. We did enjoy breakfast too. Continental breakfast with the availability of cereals, croissants and pastries. Also breads, cheese and meats for those who prefer a savoury breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel for those looking for a relaxed comfortable stay.

We stayed on ground floor - due to lack of soundproofing, we had no sleep, people above us arrived late and left early, you could hear everything they did. Hotel completely closes at 800pm, it’s dark and locked up, so absolutely zero ambience. No one in reception, need code to get in. Receptionist was lovely, location close to town.

Beautiful building. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy walk the shops and the beach. Recommend Les Arcades for a meal.
