I would like to say super special thank you for the owner Mr. Luca. He is so kind person and helpful. Also he has an amazing parents and great family. I feel sooo peaceful and relax in the amazing Agristrismo villa Maria Pia. It was everything perfect , organised, clean . In these days , its hard to find kind people like them. Also special thank you for the mother who makes an amazing cakes in the morning.. super delicious and make it by love . I really appreciate. I really recommend to visit this beautiful place . And for sure I will came back again 😊 Regards 🌹

First off, Luca and his parents were perfect hosts, always ready and happy to answer our needs and questions, always with a smile and a positive attitude. The grounds and pool are kept meticulously clean, there are plenty of spots to sit quietly and drink a glass of coffee or wine and read a book, the location is 15 minutes from gubbio so just far enough to be a hideaway.
