The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They were more than willing to accommodate our requests, even in unexpected situations. Excellent value for money, beautiful rooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. A wonderful place!

Amazing! Great location, really helpful staff, they were extremely nice, and eager to help, 10/10 experience. The rooms were clean, well equipped.

Overall a nice hotel with many pros and few (though major) cons. Pros: - location is great - there is a playroom for little kids and another one for slightly bigger (and adults), it was a big plus according to our kids. - there is a washing machine in the complex (though only one) and a gym. - rooms are big enough and convenient enough. - They offer to buy stuff for your arrival which can be very helpful. - Stephan was very nice and helpful. - Good price overall. Cons: - No air-con and wasps coming in once window is open - The dining table is too small for 2 adults and 2 kids - No dishwasher. - The biggest issue we had is that our toilet got clogged because apparently they put a refresher in the toilet and it somehow it got flushed. But after fixing it (which by the way was quick enough) they demanded us to pay for that because that is the company policy. Eventually, Stephan handled the payment but still left us with a feeling that he's doing us a favor and we are the one to blame. Besides the issue with the toilet, we had a great stay there, especially the kids.
