Stayed here 27 & 28th June 2023 in a camper with my wife & daughter, in preparation for taking Mum & Dad's ashes back up Pen-y-Ghent to their chosen resting spot. The elderly chap running the place (his name slips my mind) was fantastic. He reckons he was here last time I went up Pen-y-Ghent in 1973 (I was 8), lovely, smashing folks, beautiful scenery. Many thanks for having us.

Brilliant place to stay. Just remember this is still a working farm first, with sheep. Owners were really friendly and welcoming. I stayed for 2 nights and have nothing negative about this place. Really reasonably priced. £18 for 2 nights I think is an absolute bargain. If I’m ever silly enough to climb the 3 peaks again, this is where I’ll stay. £1 for 7 minutes worth of shower is plenty of time. Plus really warm water. There was also washing facilities for dishes, not many places do this but they had left dish soap, sponges, scouring brush. Definelty appreciate that as I always exclusively forget that stuff.

This is a great campsite in a great location, especially if you're doing one or all of the famous Yorkshire 3 Peaks. Clean toilet's and showers. No Shop on site or shops in the Village so be sure to bring everything with.
