Le Lustou

Very well-located residence. In a "normal" apartment, with a bed that doesn't collapse in the night (thank you, Serge, for your quick response!!!), working light fixtures (we're still waiting for someone to fix a faulty light fixture), and a TV that only works on a few channels despite someone's intervention? Our stay would have been pleasant, functional, and adequate, albeit dated.

Small, well-equipped accommodation close to the slopes. This is more than enough for a week of skiing, given that you spend a good part of the day on the slopes. A very pleasant resort with two ski equipment rental shops and a small grocery store for bread and other essentials. Plan your shopping before coming.

We were extremely disappointed with the Lustou apartments residence, part of the Vacances Club du Soleil holiday club. We were promised two adjoining apartments, but instead we were given two apartments at opposite ends of the corridor. One of the apartments was difficult to lock. We were eventually moved to a smaller, but adjoining, apartment without any compensation. They refused to provide us with a document confirming that the apartment we occupied did not meet the booking criteria. Finally, several skylights in the apartments we were given were sealed shut and wouldn't open. The appliances provided were very basic. In short, we were extremely disappointed. The price was high for what it was.
