Pension Hofer

Dear Hofer Family, a heartfelt thank you for the sensational culinary week. We felt truly pampered by the South Tyrolean delicacies. Thomas is a superb chef with an eye for detail; the appetizers and desserts were so delicious, always decorated with fresh fruit or edible flowers. Simply a delight. Elisabeth was always helpful and incredibly friendly, whether with requests or suggestions for activities in the area. The rooms and bathroom were functional and spotlessly clean. Beautiful mountain views and a lovely balcony. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back. All the best. Beate Ehmke-Schindler

Ho trascorso con il mio ragazzo 4 notti presso la pension Hofer. La camera seppur piccola era accogliente, pecca più grande la mancanza del bidet. Elizabeth e Thomas super gentili e disponibili. Ci hanno anche messo a disposizione il garage per riporre le bici. La colazione è dalle 7 alle 10 con buffet, mentre la cena alle 19 è un po’ limitante nelle escursioni giornaliere, come consiglio la posticiperei almeno alle 19:30. Il prezzo è più che ragionevole per il servizio fornito. Alloggio consigliato per chi cerca prezzi più contenuti senza farsi mancare niente.

The owners' hospitality is truly exceptional. The passion and care they devote to everything—rooms, cleanliness, food, itinerary suggestions—is evident in even the smallest details: noticeboards brimming with useful information at the entrance, impeccably set tables, always elegantly presented, a different selection of fruit and cured meats and cheeses every morning, and a concert of Tyrolean music (and even a few Italian pieces!) hosted by their two teenage children on accordion and trombone. Staying here is like feeling at home: a guesthouse that deserves far more than its three stars. Thank you!
