We had a brilliant stay here. Great hosts, great food and really authentic. Don't let yourself drag into any other place by intrusive, annoying guesthouse owners when walking down to Cerem from Montenegro. Just stay here! It's beautiful!

By accident we met the son of the family who runs the guest house at our hike from Valbona to Cerem. We had already chosen his guesthouse before going to Cerem so it was quite practical to meet him. He showed us the way and while we were walking down the road his father even picked us up with his Jeep and drove us to the guesthouse. The Family is very Kind and welcoming. Food was delicious and prices were cheap. Rooms looked cozy (we didnt sleep here bc we camped in the Garden). Ernesto, the son, speaks very good english and is able to help you out with any question you have. We stayed here twice: on our way from Valbona to Cerem and on our trip back from Doberdol to Cerem.

Ernesto (the guy in the middle of the picture) is a lovely host - we enjoyed our stay very much! The guesthouse is led by 16 years-old Ernesto and his family (parents and grandfather). He speaks good english and is very friendly and courteous. We can't judge the sleeping room as we camped in front of his house (good place for camping - flat and even grass) but we have been offered coffee and cold drinks as well as a very nice pasta dinner with bread, salat and soup made by Ernesto's mother. In the evening we sat toghether with his grandfather telling about the history of the village Cerem as well as about communism times (Ernesto was translating as his grandfather is only speaking albanian language).
