L'Arco sulla Francigena

We stayed in this apartment as a group of four for New Year's Eve 2026, and had a very positive experience. The accommodation is spacious, extremely clean, and well-organized, perfect for a group. The location is strategic, convenient for getting around and enjoying the area, and one of the aspects we appreciated most was the complete independence during our stay, which made the experience even more relaxing. A few small improvements could make the apartment truly perfect: when we arrived, the apartment was quite cold and took about 24 hours to reach the optimal temperature; I would therefore recommend turning on the heating earlier in the winter months. Furthermore, it would be helpful to add a few small comforts, such as additional hooks or shelves for bathroom linens, and make a few small adjustments, such as repositioning the shower arm in one of the bathrooms. Overall, however, it is an accommodation we absolutely recommend: clean, functional, spacious, and in an excellent location. We would happily return! Special thanks to host Luca for his helpfulness: we forgot an item in the apartment, and he immediately arranged to have it delivered to us by mail. Not everyone does that.
