This property is eerily quiet and very boring. Restaurant on site is good. Rooms are sub-par - Beds are tiny and slightly better than sleeping on the floor. Very hot rooms that required the windows to be opened (in February) before providing a comfortable temperature. Showers barely allowed room for washing your hair without banging your elbows on the shower walls. Great access to city bus stop. If you’re small, not claustrophobic and want a quiet setting, this is your place…

Horrible breakfast highlight was runny slimy scrambled egg and super greasy chicken sausages. Half melted cheese slices stuck to the plate. super heated stuffy rooms with no aircon nor temperature control. And the crap experience continues. I have stayed here three nights and whilst cleaning the room they have no bothered to replace the coffee pods.

I had a very pleasant 11 days stay at this hotel in Baden, Switzerland. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The staff were extremely attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. I really appreciated the supportive hotel management who were available whenever I needed assistance. The location is fantastic—very strategic, just a short walk from the bus and metro stations, and close to the city shops. There’s also a lovely park nearby where you can relax and unwind. One thing to note is that the rooms don’t have air conditioning or coolers. However, this is quite common in Switzerland due to environmental considerations and cooler climate, so it wasn’t a big issue for me. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious—definitely worth trying! If you’re planning a trip to Baden, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
